I got your replies and added you to the "interest" list.....however, I am not sure about bumping the thread on Leerburg. If you think of it, can those who replied here copy and paste this address and pm some people you think would want to come?

I posted the link on LB to steer people here.
We would really like to put this together and be able to put names to faces so I am willing to host this gathering of LB Board users.

I am not posting it on LB due to the fact that it is not really a "dog training" related event, but rather a social get together where dogs are more than welcome if you would like to bring them.

Ed and Cindy have a lot going on so they may or may not be able to make it.

I am looking at a two day event and will probably have it catered by a local person here in town so if everyone can "chip in" that would be the only cost besides travel and motel expenses. Food cost would be minimal.

Let me know your thoughts.

SO FAR

There will be a minimal amount of camping on my property and there are two motels in town. One motel is dog friendly with 12 rooms and one is non-dog friendly with 20 rooms or more.......
I am asking everyone to pitch in on cost for food and I will probably have it catered since that looks like it would be about the same as buying food and cooking it.....

Events will include (but not be limited to): volleyball, horseshoes, croquet, water fights (this will involve fire trucks) and of course dog stuff!!!!

Like I said before, ideas are more than welcome.......
